The last model year has upgraded the V-6 engine with the direct injection which adds 30 hp and 22 lb-ft of torque. With that, the 3.6-liter V-6 tops 295 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. That shouldn’t change for the 2018 Infiniti QX60. The continuously variable transmission will remain the only option. The choice will remain between the front- or all-wheel drive.
The hybrid version should again be available. It should come in the same form which combines a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with the 15-kWh electric motor. The power for the electric motor comes from the lithium-ion battery. Total output should stay at 250 hp and 243 lb-ft of torque.
